General shipping information
Once your parcel has been dispatched by our fulfilment team (typically within 24-48 hours of placing your order) a remote confirmation email and/or text message will notify you that your parcel has been dispatched.
If a tracked service has been selected a tracking number will be included in the confirmation email.
Please note* - Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.
During sale periods, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders.
To arrive before 1:00 pm the following working day (Monday – Friday)
This service is available to the UK Mainland only.
Orders placed on Friday before 10:00am will arrive 'next day' (Saturday) and orders placed after 10:00am will arrive on the proceeding Monday.
Orders placed on public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.
During Sale period we are not always able to offer the next day delivery service.
Please note that our free International shipping service is not a tracked service.
If you are an international customer and you would like to track your shipment, you will need to upgrade your shipping service and pay additional charges.
Typical delivery time to Ireland and the rest of Europe is 5 days. 10 working days.
(Working days being Monday to Friday - excluding weekends)
Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.
In the Republic of Ireland, An Post do not consider international mail lost until 40 days have passed.

If you are a customer in the European Union you have the right to cancel or withdraw your order with us within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your item.
Orders cannot be cancelled after your item has been dispatched. (Items that are in transit are now in the possession of the shipping carrier) In this instance you must wait until the item arrives at your shipping address and then you go to the return centre and cancel your order.
The cancellation process commences when you cancel your order on the returns centre.
Refunds will be issued when the cancelled item has been returned to our depot, inspected and processed on our system.
Under no circumstances will cancelled items be refunded while in transit to or from your chosen shipping address.
Cancelled orders should not be worn and only returned to our distribution centres if the item(s) are in the exact condition they were received.
Please note: Returned items will be inspected by our staff to ensure the product is unused and in a brand-new saleable condition.
If our staff recognise that the leggings are not in original condition then the return will be rejected and you will be charged for the damaged product.
In this case, you the customer can choose to have the product back at your own expense, or we will dispose of the item.
