Podcasts: Here is where I get my bit of motivation and self development. Podcast works as a digital radio you can pretty find any kind of topic that you would like to hear. I follow few podcast he literally help to keep my mind in the right place. Here are some of the people that I follow:

Inside Quest: this show is presented by Tom Bilyeu, the owner of Quest bar, a company that grew 57.000% in 3 years. He is one of the must humble entrepreneurs that I have ever seen and every time that I hear this podcast I learn not only about bussiness but also about to be a Better person!

Ben Greenfield: Fitness, diet, fat loss and performance. : i love this show, Ben is a very smart guy who doesn't only talk about nutrition but he has himself tried many diferente diets. He interview any nutritionist, athletes and go really deep on diets and training topics.

Joyce Meyer: an Christian strong woman who share the the word of God. She talks a lot about confidence, love. A must read!
