Unless agreed otherwise by Sara Da Silva Limited the customer is solely responsible for the cost of returning an item to our distribution centres in Ireland & United Kingdom.

*Do not return an item unless you have contacted customer services and received authorisation to do so.

Returning an item without authorisation can delay processing time and null and void your returns request.

Order deadline: 10:00am

Shipping time: To arrive before 1:00 pm the following day (Monday – Friday) UK Mainland only.

Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched the same day but will not be guaranteed to arrive 'next day' (Saturday) and typically arrive on Monday of the following week.

Please be aware of this as Sara Da Silva Brazilian Sportswear will not be responsible for this error.

A Saturday guaranteed delivery service is available but only by special request. Please contact us for more details.

Any orders placed between 11:00 am on Friday and Monday(in other words 'over the weekend') will in most cases arrive on Monday of the following week, Tuesday if ordered on a Saturday or Sunday and bank holiday Mondays.

As aforementioned orders placed on public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.

During Sale period we are not always able to offer the next day delivery service.

Overseas Delivery

Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service and will arrive within 7-14 working days. We can trace your parcel until it reaches the destination sorting office, where it will be passed on to local mail carriers.

Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.

How To Return An Item

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase but if you have any issues, please let us know immediately by emailing us at info@sara-da-silva.com so we can help to resolve any problems.

If you do not recieve a response within 24-48 hours, please contact-us using our WhatsApp business chat as sometimes emails are sometimes redirected to our spam/junk folders or blocked by our email firewall.

Please include your order number on the subject line and body of email.

We will then issue you with instructions on how to return your products. 

Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage. Always read carefully our returns policy before returning an item.

On receipt of the return item Sara Da Silva Sportswear staff will inspect the return item to check for any imperfections or signs or wear and tear.

If it staff recognise that the leggings have been "worn" and not "tried on" then it will be will be rejected and a refund order will not be granted to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Always try on your leggings and ensure you are very satisfied with the fit and material before deciding to rip the tag off the garment and wear them permanently.

By 'wearing' the leggings (not just trying the leggings on) you agree to our RETURN ITEM terms & conditions.(more details below)

So, whatever you do please do not wear them unless you are totally satisfied, with the fit, material and other benefits which you expect from our product.

Leggings that have been worn can not be resold and as the item is now unsaleable we cannot and will not refund you for the item.

We DO accept returns if: you try on the leggings momentarily (in your kitchen or living room, bedroom to examine them in front of a mirror) and you experience one of the following:

  • The leggings/items of clothing do not match your expectations.
  • You receive the wrong product
  • You receive the wrong size 
  • You receive the wrong colour.
  • If you receive the item and do not open the package and decide you want to cancel your order.

We DO NOT accept return items if: 

  • The leggings or item of clothing has been worn for activities or a prolonged period of time and then after that period of time wearing you the customer decides that you no longer like or want the item. The product is now spoilt and can not be re-sold.
  • Non faulty goods - That have been worn and are no longer wanted.
  • The customer has been in possession of the item for more then 28 days.
  • "Trying on" the leggings, capris, shorts, apparel during a gym session/class, sporting activity, around the house, or "out and about" -  and then after the activity you decide you no longer want the product. 

PLEASE NOTE: The goods must be returned to Sara Da Silva Brazilian Sportswear unused and in a re-sellable condition with all the tags attached(not ripped off in the bag) folded correctly and sealed inside the bag in which they were delivered.

In other words please return them as they were received.

Remember that the legging or item of clothing you return needs to be resold and in order to do so must be in brand new condition.

Do not cram or squeeze products and their packaging into undersized parcel bags or boxes as this will permanently damage the fabric, tags and exterior packaging.

If the product is received in such a manner we may charge you for the damage to the product or withhold your refund to cover the cost of the damaged item.

Please note: If you try on the leggings, capris, shorts, t-shirts etc or any item of clothing we supply and then decide to wear the garment to a gym class, or sporting activity  the item of clothing is then considered used and it is no longer returnable

This returns policy applies to all products purchased on Facebook, Instagram, our website www.sara-da-silva.com and direct sales.

Online purchases;

Customers have up to 14 days from the date of original purchase to cancel their order.

On cancellation of the order, Sara Da Silva Ltd has up to 14 days to refund the customer for the cancelled order.

Please note the life expectancy of any Sara-Da-Silva legging or any product from our site depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user.

Proof of purchase

The customer must present a valid proof of purchase when returning an item for refund, replacement or a credit coupon. All purchases made online will be accompanied by an order number, and each customer will have a copy of the sales invoice sent after the intial purchase. Either/or will do. 

Refunds

PayPal transactions will be refunded by Paypal money transfer only. Payments received by credit or debit card will be refunded by BACS bank transfer. Refunds may take between 10-15 days to process depending on the method of payment.

    Unless agreed otherwise by Sara Da Silva Limited the customer is solely responsible for the cost of returning an item to our distribution centres in Ireland & United Kingdom.

    *Do not return an item unless you have contacted customer services and received authorisation to do so.

    Returning an item without authorisation can delay processing time and null and void your returns request.

    Order deadline: 10:00am

    Shipping time: To arrive before 1:00 pm the following day (Monday – Friday) UK Mainland only.

    Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched the same day but will not be guaranteed to arrive 'next day' (Saturday) and typically arrive on Monday of the following week.

    Please be aware of this as Sara Da Silva Brazilian Sportswear will not be responsible for this error.

    A Saturday guaranteed delivery service is available but only by special request. Please contact us for more details.

    Any orders placed between 11:00 am on Friday and Monday(in other words 'over the weekend') will in most cases arrive on Monday of the following week, Tuesday if ordered on a Saturday or Sunday and bank holiday Mondays.

    As aforementioned orders placed on public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.

    During Sale period we are not always able to offer the next day delivery service.

    Overseas Delivery

    Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service and will arrive within 7-14 working days. We can trace your parcel until it reaches the destination sorting office, where it will be passed on to local mail carriers.

    Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.

    How To Return An Item

    We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase but if you have any issues, please let us know immediately by emailing us at info@sara-da-silva.com so we can help to resolve any problems.

    If you do not recieve a response within 24-48 hours, please contact-us using our WhatsApp business chat as sometimes emails are sometimes redirected to our spam/junk folders or blocked by our email firewall.

    We will then issue you with instructions on how to return your products.

    PLEASE NOTE: Always try on your leggings and ensure you are very satisfied with the fit and material before deciding to rip the tag off the garment and wear them permanently.

    By 'wearing' the leggings (not just trying the leggings on) you agree to our RETURN ITEM terms & conditions.(more details below)

    So, whatever you do please do not wear them unless you are totally satisfied, with the fit, material and other benefits which you expect from our product.

    Leggings that have been worn can not be resold and as the item is now unsaleable we cannot and will not refund you for the item.

    We DO accept returns if: you try on the leggings momentarily (in your kitchen or living room, bedroom to examine them in front of a mirror) and you experience one of the following:

    • The leggings/items of clothing do not match your expectations.
    • You receive the wrong product
    • You receive the wrong size 
    • You receive the wrong colour.
    • If you receive the item and do not open the package and decide you want to cancel your order.

    We DO NOT accept return items if: 

    • The leggings or item of clothing has been worn for activities or a prolonged period of time and then after that period of time wearing you the customer decides that you no longer like or want the item. The product is now spoilt and can not be re-sold.
    • Non faulty goods - That have been worn and are no longer wanted.
    • The customer has been in possession of the item for more then 28 days.
    • "Trying on" the leggings, capris, shorts, apparel during a gym session/class, sporting activity, around the house, or "out and about" -  and then after the activity you decide you no longer want the product. 

    PLEASE NOTE: The goods must be returned to Sara Da Silva Brazilian Sportswear unused and in a re-sellable condition with all the tags attached(not ripped off in the bag) folded correctly and sealed inside the bag in which they were delivered.

    In other words please return them as they were received.

    Remember that the legging or item of clothing you return needs to be resold and in order to do so must be in brand new condition.

    Do not cram or squeeze products and their packaging into undersized parcel bags or boxes as this will permanently damage the fabric, tags and exterior packaging.

    If the product is received in such a manner we may charge you for the damage to the product or withhold your refund to cover the cost of the damaged item.

    Please note: If you try on the leggings, capris, shorts, t-shirts etc or any item of clothing we supply and then decide to wear the garment to a gym class, or sporting activity  the item of clothing is then considered used and it is no longer returnable

    This returns policy applies to all products purchased on Facebook, Instagram, our website www.sara-da-silva.com and direct sales.

    Online purchases;

    Customers have up to 14 days from the date of original purchase to cancel their order.

    On cancellation of the order, Sara Da Silva Ltd has up to 14 days to refund the customer for the cancelled order.

    Sara Da Silva leggings or any product from this site damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product will not be replaced.

    Proof of purchase

    The customer must present a valid proof of purchase when returning an item for refund, replacement or a credit coupon. All purchases made online will be accompanied by an order number, and each customer will have a copy of the sales invoice sent after the intial purchase. Either/or will do. 

    Refunds

    PayPal transactions will be refunded by Paypal money transfer only. Payments received by credit or debit card will be refunded by BACS bank transfer. Refunds may take between 10-15 days to process depending on the method of payment.
