General shipping information

Once your parcel has been dispatched by our fulfilment team (typically within 24-48 hours of placing your order) a remote confirmation email and/or text message will notify you that your parcel has been dispatched.

If a tracked service has been selected a tracking number will be included in the confirmation email.

Please note* - Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.

During sale periods, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders.

Sometimes delays happen - so if they do you will be informed by email or SMS in addition to the confirmation email.

How to return an item

Go to the return centre here and raise a ticket, and choose the reason for your return and your resolution. 

When you raise a ticket you will get a return ID which it must be included on your return forms.

A valid order number is necessary to return an item using this system.

Returns will not be accepted without a completed returns form and unique return ID. Without these we will not be able to identify your item or deal with request.

Items sent without any prior correspondence and authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned to sender, who is liable for the charges.

Postal charges for return items will not be refunded unless agreed upon by Sara Da Silva ltd prior to the shipment of the item.

Important information when returning an item

United Kingdom

**Unless agreed otherwise the customer not Sara Da Silva Limited is solely responsible for the cost of returning an item. 

Returning an item without authorisation may null and void your returns request.

Please note: Return items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received at our HQ. 

Sara Da Silva Limited will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning an item for replacement or refund and keeping safe the proof of postage until the arrival of the item has been confirmed.

The refund or replacement of any order item will not take place until the physical item has been received at our HQ. We will not accept 'proof of post' reciepts or photos of the item shipped. We must have it in our hands.

Next Day Delivery

Order deadline: 10:00am

Timeframe: To arrive before 1:00 pm the following day (Monday – Friday)

This service is available to the UK Mainland only.

Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched the same day but will not be guaranteed to arrive 'next day' (Saturday) and typically arrive on Monday of the following week. 

Please be aware of this before ordering as Sara Da Silva Brazilian Sportswear will not be responsible for an error.

A Saturday guaranteed delivery service is available but only by special request.

Orders placed between 11:00 am on Friday and Monday (in other words 'over the weekend') will in most cases arrive on Monday of the following week, Tuesday if ordered on a Saturday or Sunday and bank holiday Mondays.

As aforementioned orders placed on public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.

During Sale period we are not always able to offer the next day delivery service.

Overseas Delivery

Orders outside the United Kingdom are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service, also know as International Standard. This service is not tracked. 

We advice a delivery time of up to 10 working days.

(Working days being Monday to Friday - excluding weekends)

Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.

In the Republic of Ireland, An Post do not consider international mail lost until 40 days have passed.

How To Return An Item

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase but if you have any issues, please let us know immediately by emailing us at so we can help to resolve any problems.

If you do not recieve a response within 24-48 hours, please contact-us using our WhatsApp business chat as sometimes emails are sometimes redirected to our spam/junk folders or blocked by our email firewall.

Please include your order number on the subject line and body of email.

We will then issue you with instructions on how to return your products. 

Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage. Always read carefully our returns policy before returning an item.

On receipt of the return item Sara Da Silva Sportswear staff will inspect the return item to check for any imperfections or signs or wear and tear.

If it staff recognise that the leggings have been "worn" and not "tried on" then it will be will be rejected and a refund order will not be granted to the customer.

The customer can choose to have the product back at their own expense or we will dispose of the item.

RETURN ITEMS: terms & conditions

PLEASE NOTE: Always try on your leggings and ensure you are very satisfied with the fit and material before deciding to rip the tag off the garment and wear them permanently.

By 'wearing' the leggings (not just trying the leggings on) you agree to our RETURN ITEM terms & conditions.(more details below)

So, whatever you do please do not wear them unless you are totally satisfied, with the fit, material and other benefits which you expect from our product.

Leggings that have been worn can not be resold and as the item is now unsaleable we cannot and will not refund you for the item.

We DO accept returns if: you try on the leggings momentarily (in your kitchen or living room, bedroom to examine them in front of a mirror) and you experience one of the following:

  • The leggings/items of clothing do not match your expectations.
  • You receive the wrong product
  • You receive the wrong size 
  • You receive the wrong colour.
  • If you receive the item and do not open the package and decide you want to cancel your order.

We DO NOT accept return items if: 

  • The leggings or item of clothing has been worn for activities or a prolonged period of time and then after that period of time wearing you the customer decides that you no longer like or want the item. The product is now spoilt and can not be re-sold.
  • Non faulty goods - That have been worn and are no longer wanted.
  • The customer has been in possession of the item for more then 28 days.
  • "Trying on" the leggings, capris, shorts, apparel during a gym session/class, sporting activity, around the house, or "out and about" -  and then after the activity you decide you no longer want the product. 

PLEASE NOTE: The goods must be returned to Sara Da Silva Brazilian Sportswear unused and in a re-sellable condition with all the tags attached(not ripped off in the bag) folded correctly and sealed inside the bag in which they were delivered.

In other words please return them as they were received.

Remember that the legging or item of clothing you return needs to be resold and in order to do so must be in brand new condition.

Do not cram or squeeze products and their packaging into undersized parcel bags or boxes as this will permanently damage the fabric, tags and exterior packaging.

If the product is received in such a manner we may charge you for the damage to the product or withhold your refund to cover the cost of the damaged item.

Please note: If you try on the leggings, capris, shorts, t-shirts etc or any item of clothing we supply and then decide to wear the garment to a gym class, or sporting activity  the item of clothing is then considered used and it is no longer returnable

Order Cancellation

If you are a customer in the European Union you have the right to cancel or withdraw your order with us within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your item.

Orders cannot be cancelled after your item has been dispatched. (Items that are in transit are now in the possession of the shipping carrier) In this instance you must wait until the item arrives at your shipping address and then you go to the return centre and cancel your order. 

The cancellation process commences when you cancel your order on the returns centre.

Refunds will be issued when the cancelled item has been returned to our depot, inspected and processed on our system.

Under no circumstances will cancelled items be refunded while in transit to or from your chosen shipping address. 

Additional information

Cancelled orders should not be worn and only returned to our distribution centres if the item(s) are in the exact condition they were received.  

Please note: Returned items will be inspected by our staff to ensure the product is unused and in a brand-new saleable condition. 

If our staff recognise that the leggings are not in original condition then the return will be rejected and you will be charged for the damaged product.

In this case, you the customer can choose to have the product back at your own expense, or we will dispose of the item.

Pre-orders - General Information

If you find that your size is not stock you can buy it in advance as a pre-order.

First you must go to the pre-order collection page by clicking here

To pre-order choose the size(and the quantity) from the dropdown menu and then click the 'add-to-cart button which will appear like so: 'PRE-ORDER NOW'.

Once you click the 'PRE-ORDER NOW' button your order will then be added to the CART.  Add as many pre-orders to your cart as you wish. 

If you order an out-of-stock item and an in-stock item together, the pre-order will be put on back order and the in-stock item will be shipped to you the next day.

If you prefer to have all the items shipped at the same time please leave a note on the order. 

You can do this on the 'CART' page during the checkout procedure. We also recommend sending an email to our customer services email as a backup.

Once you have finished shopping and wish to checkout follow the system steps and purchase the items using our many payment methods.

After the transaction has completed you will receive two emails, one from our automated pre-order notification system and the second from our website system confirming your total order. 

**Please read the pre-order email carefully to ensure all your details are correct, as the items are made to order and if there any mistakes it must be rectified at the beginning of the process.

How long does it take my pre-order to arrive?

Typically delivery time is 3 working weeks (Monday to Friday) -  From the date, the ordered is placed.

Due to COVID19 the pre-order process there may be delays.

If a delay occurs we will inform all pre-order customers with any necessary updates by email.

Please note: it is important to register your email address and telephone number at the checkout so we can contact you with updates on your order.

You can choose to receive promotional and transactional emails or transactional email only in the preferences when you buy your item in the checkout section.

If you choose transactional you will receive correspondence regarding only your order.

So what happens after I place my order?

Pre-orders are sent in batches to our manufacturer who begins making the leggings to order.

The pre-order leggings are then sent to United Kingdom accompanying our other orders.

If pre-orders arrive ahead of schedule we will send you a notification by email or SMS. The new arrivals are then dispatched over the next 1-2 working days.

During the waiting period we do our upmost to contact you with reports on the progress of your order.

All going well in approx three weeks time, a brand new pair of custom made leggings will arrive at your shipping address without any further action from you.

If any delays or updates occur we will also inform you.
